Using the website

You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. Do not attempt to damage, interfere with, scrape at abusive scale, bypass security controls or use the site to distribute malicious code.

Restaurant information

Menus, prices, opening hours, availability and operational details can change. Online information should be checked against the restaurant’s current confirmation where a detail is important to travel, allergies, event planning or a purchase decision.

Reservations

A booking request submitted through an e-mail link is not automatically confirmed. A table is confirmed only through the restaurant’s stated confirmation process. Any deposits, cancellation rules or group terms introduced by the restaurant should be disclosed at the time of booking.

Editorial content

Steak journal content is general information and opinion, not medical, dietary or professional advice. Cooking and food-safety guidance for home use should be checked against authoritative sources.

Intellectual property
